As part of the Midland Railway Society’s “outreach” activities, and just as much because we are good friends, we have a presence at Midland Railway – Butterley’s Victorian event over this bank holiday weekend. Saturday has been a good day and we have high hopes for Sunday and Monday.
If you are able, please come along and enjoy the atmospheric surroundings and the sight of vintage Midland Railway stock in use. You may also find some sought-after MR related secondhand books among our recently replenished stock.
