All orders accepted by the Midland Railway Society are subject to these Terms and Conditions of sale. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products.
Orders can be sent by email, by post or via the order form on this website.
All items are subject to stock availability.
DELIVERY
Orders to mainland UK destinations will be sent by Second Class Post unless special arrangements are made. Orders outside the UK will be sent as agreed in advance.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty items have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Similarly, any items found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. See also our Refund Policy.
